Boost will automatically start tracking time once you start your computer. (for Windows and Mac OS only)

The following  will be tracked regarding the activity on your computer:

  • Application being worked on (e.g. Chrome or Powerpoint)

  • Title of the document or URL of the Browser you are in

  • Tag (if there is one)

  • Date and time the application and title was accessed

Track time as follows:

  • Run Boost (by clicking your desktop icon) or click Boost icon that will appear in your system tray (if already running) to open the desktop app window.
  • Once you're ready to track time, all you need to do is hit Start Tracking. You can add a tracking tag if you like, but it's really that simple. Once you're done, you can hit Stop Tracking to stop time.
